RULES AND REGULATIONS / CODE OF CONDUCT / BUSINESS AGREEMENT OF EMPIRE DISTRIBUTORS

• Empire (EBC Empire BizCorp Pvt., Ltd.,) company is incorporated under Indian Companies Act 2013, Registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India.
• This is a product marketing company; company sell / distribute the products through direct selling marketing concept (also known as Network Marketing Concept).
• Any individual who purchase Empire products for minimum amount (mentioned in company business plan) automatically become eligible to be a Distributor of Empire and he receive an Empire Distributor ID and password through your mobile number and mail ID (mentioned in your application form) after successful registration.
• Company never collect extra amount for registration or distributorship ID, it is completely free opportunity for Consumer. (so you want to discontinue the business we can’t give any amount)
• The applicant must be an Individual and must submit Identification proof.
• The Applicant must be a major (Age must 18+) and should have the legal capacity to contract independently to conduct the business of Empire.
• All the distributors must keep their code of conducts and business ethics of the company
• Empire Distributors has the right to buy, sell and promote the Empire products.
• Empire Distributors has the right to purchase the product under Distributor price (DP) and must sell it under companies MRP only.
• All the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
• The distributors will get commission only by doing business (selling/marketing products) as per company business plan.(No salary, No ROI, No any Claim)
• All commission will be paid on Every Monday & every 3rd day of every months.
• All commission is subject to necessary deduction by company
• As per Indian Income Tax Act, you get all commission after deduction of TDS, FORM16A (for 4 Quarterly) company will provide you by yearly.
• PAN number is compulsory to receive their commission amount.
• Distributors has no right to use Empire logo or seal, there is no Agency or employment relationship with company.
• The company is not responsible for the relationship between distributors and uplines distributors or sponsors for any of their past present future liability incurred on their individual capacity while selling Empire products.
• The cross sponsoring of distributors is not allowed. If doing so the second id will be terminated without any prior notice.
• The company reserves all the right to terminate distributor who is not comply with rules and regulations and act against the business ethics there to without giving any prior notice.
• Empire reserves all the right to change, amend the polices, rules, regulations, business plan and commission range.
